How to start
To start working with Oxeris just follow the 4 simple steps:
Step 1: Register an account on the Oxeris portal https://portal.oxeris.com
Step 2: Activate an account and click on the link you will receive by e-mail. The link is your login.
Step 3: Download and install the Agent ( version for Windows and/or Android) on one or many devices. This option is available on the page: Administration -> Start -> Authorize
Step 4: Authorize devices on which you have installed the Agent. The option available in the page: Administration -> Authorize.
Note: For devices that support the Intel® Anti-Theft Technology (version 3.0 or higher) it will be possible via Oxeris® to lock-up and unlock devices on the hardware level.
Before activation of Intel® Anti-Theft in Oxeris make sure both the below requirements are met:
a) Check if the device is in the Intel® Anti-Theft Technology Support Document

b) and Check if the Intel® AT status in Oxeris® is "not active" before the activation (column "Intel® AT Status" on the list of devices on the Hardware page)
Step 5: Activate devices that support Intel® Anti Theft technology by clicking on the Enroll button on the Hardware page.
Step 6: Confirm the activation of the device by clicking on the link provided to the e-mail address that is your login to the account on the Oxeris portal.
Step 7: Set global policies for the devices with Intel® Anti Theft technology, option "Oxeris Intel Anti Theft Global Policy" available on the Administration page.
Step 8: Oxeris® account available is in two versions: test version (free of charge for a period of time defined on the Pricing page) and commercial version (available after purchase with access to all functionalities). Purchase credit for the service account after finishing the test period, or, if you need a commercial account, the option is available on the Administration page -> Account -> Buy/top-up credit. If you top-up your account (buy credit) your account will automatically change from the test to the commercial version , however you will be charged for using the service after the free test period defined on the Pricing page expires.
After completing the above steps you will be able to:
- Administer the service (Administration page)
- Disable the devices on the hardware level (available only for devices that support Intel® Anti-Theft technology)
- Track your software (Software page)
- Track your hardware inventory (Hardware page)
- Perform pre-defined tasks, e.g.: download/delete file (Tasks page)
